Shleah Joseph

I grew up on the sunny island of Barbados and moved to the UK around 15 years ago. I started working as a teacher in 2012 after completing my training at University of West of England. I have worked as a primary teacher for 5 years, mostly in special educational schools in and around Bristol. I also spent a few years as an Assistant SENDCo.

Outside of school, I love to spend time with my family, my daughter and husband. I really enjoy travelling to new countries. I am an experienced SCUBA diver and love exploring new cultures. I also play the piano and enjoy listening to various types of music and podcasts.
