Nursery
Our Nursery provides a vibrant and engaging curriculum which makes full use of our beautiful outdoor spaces and our excellent resources. Children can attend the Nursery for free and can join at any time during the year, from the September after their 3rd birthday. We are currently accepting applications for new starters to join our Nursery for 2022 23.
We provide 15 hours of free education to all children in our nursery, organised over 2½ days.
Session A - Monday and Tuesday all day and Wednesday morning
Session B - Wednesday afternoon and Thursday and Friday all day
Opening times are 8:45am - 3:20pm on all day sessions
8:45am - 11:30am Wednesday mornings
12:35pm - 3:20pm Wednesday afternoons
Visits are warmly welcomed. Please call the school office if you would like a tour.
Some children aged 3+ will be eligible for 30 hours of free childcare. If you are not eligible we can offer additional sessions on days that your child does not normally attend in order to extend the provision. Additional top-up sessions are payable in advance. Reception
If your child was born between 1 September 2018 and 31 August 2019 you need to apply for a new reception school place to your home local authority. You need to apply by 15 January 2023.
Applications for places in the Reception year should be made to Bristol City Council, through their website.
Apply online from 12th September for a reception place for September 2023. The deadline for making an on time application is midnight on 15th January 2023.
Offers of school places for on time applications will be sent on 17 April 2023.

In Year Admission
Moving your child from their current school to Henbury Court Primary Academy happens outside of the normal admissions process.
If you'd like to apply for a place, please complete the application form below and email it to henburycourtp@bristol-schools.uk or post or hand it into the main reception of the school.
